Supplier performance report (Eggs)R1.5 in Jagananna Gorumudda site All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that,the Government of Andhra Pradesh is giving the top priority in Providing quality Mid-Day Meal to the students as an integral part of providing the quality of Education. In this background, the “JAGANANNA GORUMUDDA” is provided with revised nutritious Menu duly focusing on the aspects of transparency, quality, accountability and timely delivery of the meals to the students.

Further, the District Educational Ofcers are informed that, many complaints are being received regarding timely supply of eggs and chikkis to schools and also reports were shown bad performance of egg suppliers.The successful implementation of the Jagananna Gorumudda scheme depends on timely supply of commodities.

Keeping in view of the timely and quality supply of Eggs and Cikkis the following guidelines are issued.

1.Headmaster should update the receipt at the time of receipt of the eggs from supplier in IMMS App(Eggs receipt).

2. Supplier is responsible for timely supply of commodities of Eggs(for each 10 days) and Chikkis(fortnight) as per time schedule. 3. District Educational Officers /Mandal Educational Ofcers should monitor the R1.5 report daily and alert HMs and Suppliers on timely supply.

4. Chikki Supplier performance report will also enabled by 1st of Nov.

5.MEOs and DEOs should confrm the supply of Eggs and chikki in JGM site so that bills will be raised for online report accordingly.

6. Show cause Notices shall be issued to the suppliers those who were not followed the timelines for supplying the Eggs and Chikkis and also basing on their performance .

7.The above instructions will be strictly followed from November 1st,2021

Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers are requested to follow and communicate the guidelines to all the suppliers/   Head Masters with instructions for smooth implementation of Jagananna Gorumudda scheme .

Any deviation observed in the above instructions will be viewed seriously and necessary action will be initiated against the concerned as per the rules in force
