Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services III appearing for the respondents.
On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner constrained his prayer to the extent that the petitioners’ case has to be considered for the promotions under Class-III, Category-1 (Deputy Educational Officer) as per the rules made under G.O.Ms.No.73 Education (SE-Ser.I) Department, dated 20.09.2017.
On the other hand, learned Government Pleader has submitted that due to bifurcation of districts and further the exigency maintain in the department, the Government is taking steps for appointing Deputy Educational Officers on FAC basis not on the regular basis.
So, in view of the above submissions, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion under Category-1 (Deputy Educational Officer) in terms of the said G.O.Ms.No.73, dated 20.09.2017 as and when promotions are taken place by the respondents. Post the matter on 16.11.2022. Meanwhile, the respondents shall file counter
