School Education – SGF AP - Certain SA (PE's)/PETs working on deputation without approval of the CSE, AP – Instructions – Issued.

The attention of all District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference cited, wherein they have been instructed that not to depute any School Assistant (PE) / Physical Education Teacher for any other work within the department or other departments without prior approval of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh. Further, if any deviation is noticed in this regard, responsibility shall be fixed on the concerned and action will be initiated as per APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991.

It has come to the notice that some of the District Educational Ofcers and Deputy Educational Ofcers are issuing the orders to School Assistant (PE's)/Physical Education Teachers for deputation by violating the above orders.

They are, therefore, once again hereby instructed not to depute the School Assistant (PE's)/Physical Education Teachers without prior approval of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, failing which, it will be viewed disobedience of the orders of the higher authorities and it attracts APCS(Conduct) Rules, 1964 as well as APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991 for initiation of disciplinary action against defaulter.
