The attention of all the District Education Officers in the State is invited to the references read above and are hereby informed that the Honourable Chief Minister is giving top most priority to the Jagananna Gorumudda(Mid day Meal) Scheme during the review meetings held at HCM Camp Office, Vijayawada and has issued instructions with regard to the placing of EGG and Chikki indents, payment of Cooking agencies, vendor bills in time etc for smooth implementation of PM POSHAN - Jagananna Gorumudda(Mid day Meal) Scheme in the State.

As you are well aware that the necessary login credentials are provided to all Head Masters of Govt schools in the State covered under Jagananna Gorumudda(MDM) Scheme in IMMS APP for updation of Indent (phase wise) of EGG & CHIKKl'S to be provided to the School Students every month without any interruption. Also, necessary login credentials are provided to the suppliers at https://jaganannagorumudda.ap.gov.in website for updation of indent supplied by them with regard to EGG & CHIKKl'S to Schools as per indent updated by HMs which will be reflected in their respective logins.

Further informed that it is came to the notice of the Director, Mid Day Meal & School Sanitation, AP, Vijayawada that som oJ tb.e.Head Masters are receiving EGGs and Chikkis beyond the indent placed by them which is a serious concern as it may create financial burden to the exchequer.

In view of the above, the following instructions are hereby issued for strict adherence of same:-

MDM Eggs Chikkis Indent - Instructions to Head Masters

All Head masters are hereby requested
 
1. INDENTS MUST BE STRICTLY PLACED AND COMPLIED WITH.

2. To place the indent of EGGs and CHIKKls in the respective columns provided in the IMMS APP phase wise between 10th - 15th of every month for providing the same to their Students in subsequent month. The indent schedule updation and consumption details are as follows:-



3. The above timelines to be strictly adhered for placing indent ONLINE in IMMS APP.

4. THE INDENT TO BE CALCULATED BY THE CONCERNED SCHOOL HM AND TO BE PLACED NOT MORE THAN ENOLLMENT MULTIPLIED BY EGG/ CHIKKI SERVED DAYS.

5. The Head masters must place the indent in the time schedule mentioned in Table-A keeping in view of the local holidays, optional holidays, SSC exams ft any other exams etc. by taking previous years' academic calendar as reference if any, subject to following instructions from HoD especially regarding holidays.

6. NO EDIT OPTION IS AVAILABLE ONCE THE INDENT IS UPDATED AND SUBMITTED IN IMMS APP BY THE HEAD MASTERS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE LOGINS.

7. IF HM EITHER FAILED TO UPDATE THE INDENT IN IMMS APP IN PROVIDED TIMELINES OR TAKEN INDENT LESS/ MORE THAN THE INDENT UPDATED/ SUBMITTED INDENT IN IMMS APP, THE CONCERNED HM IS SOLE RESPONSIBLE IF FEEDING THE CHILD IS ABRUPTED.

8. HM must not see balance of PREVIOUS PHASE EGGS and SHOULD NOT DENY SUPPLY from supplier when supplied as per INDENT FOR SUBSEQUENT phase.

Instructions to existing suppliers of EGGs and CHIKKls


1. SUPPLY MUST BE AS PER INDENT PLACED BY THE HM ONLY.

2. To get the indent of EGGs and CHIKKls provided in the logins at  https://jaganannagorumudda.ap.gov.in website from 16th of the previous month for supply in succeeding month which are confirmed by the HMs being displayed school wise/ mandal wise and District wise. The supply schedules are placed in Table-A

3. The timelines mentioned in Table-A to be strictly adhered for obtaining indent through respective supplier logins at https:/ /jaganannagorumudda.ap.gov.in website.

4. IF SUPPLIER EITHER FAILED TO COMPLY SUPPLY AS PER THE INDENT [OR] SUPPLIED LESS THAN THE INDENT AVAILABLE IN THEIR REPECTIVE LOGINS AT WEBSITE, PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED AS PER MOU.

5. NEITHER THE HOD NOR THE DEO OF CONCERNED DISTRICT IS RESPONSIBLE, IF SUPPLIER, SUPPLIES EGG AND CHIKKIS MORE THAN THE INDENT ON THE REQUEST OF HM'S.

6. Every day after completion of supplies to school points, the supplier shall feed / upload the details of the quantity of Peanut-Jaggery Chikkies supplied to each delivery point/ school point in the login credentials provided by the HoD to supplier for entry in https:/ /jaganannagorumudda.ap.gov.in web portal and upload the Mandal wise HM Acknowledgements with proper signatures. 

Payments will be made based on the details uploaded by the supplier in https://jaganannagorumudda.ap.gov.in website and the receipt confirmation by the Head Masters in IMMS APP.

Any deviations noticed in between supplier's portal data and HM IMMS APP data,

i. the data which is less either the HM receipt IMMS data or the Supplier portal data is considered for payments to Suppliers of particular month.

ii. in case, the supplier's supplied quantity is different from the HM

Receipt confirmation in IMMS APP, then the supplier shall submit the uploaded Mandal wise HM Acknowledgements and it shall be verified and reconciled.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to organise a meeting with all Mandal Educational Officers for creating awareness among them with regard to placing of Indent IN IMMS APP, quantity received from the supplier as per INDENT and receipt confirmation phase wise in IMMS APP by the Head Masters under their control. 

Also instruct, all Mandal Educational Officers under their control to conduct a awareness meeting with all Head Masters under their control for placing of Indent IN IMMS APP, quantity received from the supplier as per INDENT and receipt conformations phase wise  IMMS APP by their HMs.

The Assistant Director(Schemes) and District MDM-PMU team are requested to monitor and follow-up regularly with regard to confirmation of INDENT by HMs in IMMS APP as per timelines-Table-A and also receipt confirmation after supply on daily basis without fail.

Any deviation in the above instructions, the District Educational Officers and Head Masters in the State are held responsible for any delay in supply of EGGS/CHIKKIES to Schools and also action shall be initiated as per CCA rules and norms.
