O R D E R:

All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that the State government is prioritizing foundational literacy and numeracy aligning with the National Education Policy(NEP)2020 and other key frameworks.This focus on early childhood care and education(ECCE)is crucial for ensuring that children develop essential skills at a young age.

In this context a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing the skills of Grade 1 and 2 teachers through a structured 60-day certificate course.This collaboration between the Department of School Education, Samagra Shiksha,and ASER(Pratham)emphasizes a blended learning approach,combining both offline and online training methods.

Accordingly,a comprehensive training initiative is taken up by the department to train the 34,000 SGTs in six days in the Non-Residential mode across the state.Accordingly,Gnana Prakash 60-days Certificate Course Year-2 is scheduled from 23.06.2025 to 28.06.2025 in 131 venues across the state.

Therefore,all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to map the KRPs and DRPs to the following venues in the districts @1-2 KRPs in each Venues and @3-4 DRPs per each classroom in each Venues and @3-4 DRPs per each classroom in the venue.

Roles and Responsibilities and Important Notes

The roles and responsibilities at the district level are proposed as below:

  1. The District Educational Officer (DEO) will serve as the Chairman of the training program, ensuring its smooth execution. They will coordinate with DIET principals, District Academic Monitoring Officers (AMOs), Girl Child Development Officers (GCDOS), Inclusive Education Coordinators (IECo), Alternative School Coordinators (ALS Co), and staff in the DEO office to facilitate effective training for SGTS. This collaboration is essential for organizing logistics, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that the training meets its objectives.
  2. The District Educational Officers should ensure that the assigned SGTs are deputed to the training program on a spell-wise basis from their respective districts. It's important to ensure that no teacher is sent to the training program more than once.
  3. AMOs where the venues are located has to look after the logistics, arrangements and other essentials required at the venues timely.
  4. The list of SGT participants proceedings should be released at district level by the District Educational Officers for the FLN year 2 training- Gnana Prakash Certificate Course scheduled from 23.06.2025 to 28.06.2025 for 6 days in Non-Residential Mode and ensure all teachers handling class 1 shall be trained in the districts.
  5. The district officials DEO/APC is responsible for allocating the duties to all the district level staff to the training venues as there are multiple venues in each district to train 34000 SGTs in one spell.
  6. Each venue will have 4 in-charges overseeing various aspects including coordination with vendors, food arrangements, technical support, stationery and sanitation.
  7. The DEOs and APCs are instructed to conduct the preparatory meetings with AMOS, ASOS, GCDOS, IECO, ALSCo and MEOs to send the participants to the mapped venues without fail.
  8. Monitoring committee to be formed at every venue with the district officials for monitoring the facilities and observe the sessions.
  9. IFP Pannels should be installed by the DNOS (District Nodal Officer) with coordination of IFP vendors in each classroom and DEOs and APCs should monitor closely and ensure each class room shall having one IFP panel.
  10. The venue vendor will be responsible for the IFP panels installation expenditure.
  11. The DEOs should ensure that all class 1 handling teachers shall be attended to the training and if any school having single teacher in such case, depute the teacher to the training by making alternative arrangement to the school by deputing teacher from the near by schools including secondary schools (School Assistants who are promoted from SGTS only) or CRMT (CRP). It is mandatory that school should not be closed under any circumstances.
  12. 4 PETS (2 male and 2 female PETS) should be allotted in each venue for sending the participants back to the classrooms after the break time.
  13. Mobile phones should be deposited in the classroom by keeping them in silent mode and it can be used only in break times.
  14. K.R.M Prathista, N. Kusuma and T. Balakrishna from FLN PMU will be visiting the venues across the State to monitor the quality of the trainings.
  15. G. Maheshwar Reddy, Teacher Training in charge of Samagra Shiksha, A.P will be coordinating with logistics facilities across all the Venues in the state.
  16. The KRPs and DRPs who are listed in the attached proceedings should not be sent as participants for Year-2, 60-day certification course.
  17. The list of KRPs who are mapped to monitor and provide supportive supervision in all 131 venues and the list of DRPs who are mapped to the 131 venues to train the participants are enclosed.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha and all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to follow the above instructions scrupulously and depute the allotted SGTS number indicated in the table against the district to the training venues duly mapping the number of SGTs for the FLN Year-2 Gnana Prakash Certificate Course training in Non-Residential Mode without fail.
