Filling of Cluster Vacancies - Clarifications Memo.No. ESE02-14021
Sub: School Education The Andhra Pradesh State Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2025 filling of Cluster vacancies-Clarification issued.Ref:
1. G.O.Ms.No.21 SE Dept Dt.13.05.2025.
2. G.O.Ms.No.22 SE Dept Dt.20.05.2025.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to references cited and they are informed that Government has accorded permission to position working surplus School Assistant/ Secondary Grade Teacher and equivalent posts at the cluster level to utilize their services as Cluster Level Academic Teacher in the reference cited.
2. In this connection, certain requests and representations have been received from teachers, seeking clarification on the issue of whether cluster vacancies should be allotted to junior-most or senior-most teachers in the applied list during the current transfer process.
3. In view of the above, it has been decided that the cluster vacancies shall be allotted to the junior-most teachers among those who have applied for transfers.
4. In this regard, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take necessary action for allotment of cluster vacancies as per the above clarification, during the ongoing teacher transfer counselling process.
