All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, the Pool-2 training for School heads was designed in a hybrid format. The in-person training has been successfully completed for 14,521 School heads covering ten core competencies.
The remaining components, online courses have been developed and uploaded to the DIKSHA Platform, ensuring accessibility and wider dissemination
Further, they are informed to enable all Pool-2 School heads to access and complete the online modules, communicate the timeline and expectations to the participants and facilitate monitoring and reporting of completion status. Hence, they are requested to issue instructions to all the School heads of Primary, Upper Primary and High schools under their jurisdiction to join and complete the online course.
