AP Teachers Games 2025: Mandal to State Level Guidelines, Budget Allotted, Schedule [Released]

I wish to inform you that,it is proposed to conduct Teachers Games Cricket for Men Teachers and Throw Ball for Women Teachers at Mandal,Divisional, District,and State levels during the schedule mentioned below,in Mandal, divisional,District and State level with the following objectives:

• To promote physical fitness,health,and stress management among teachers.
• To encourage team spirit,discipline,and leadership qualities.
• To provide a platform for recreational engagement and an opportunity to showcase sporting talent.
• To strengthen unity and camaraderie among teachers across all cadres.To inspire students by setting an example of active participation in games and sports.

2.In this connection I inform that this office has issued instructions to all the field functionaries in the state,School Education Department to conduct the Games to the Teachers in the prescribed schedule.

3.The following budget estimation as bellow:

3. In view of the above,the State Project Director,Samagra Shiksha,A.P., Vijayawada is requested to sanction an amount of Rs 1 ,06,50,000/-(Rupees one crore six Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) as per the expenditure mentioned in the above abstract.

4. Further the State Project Director,Samagra Shiksha,A.P.,Vijayawada is requested that,an amount of Rs 53,95,000/-(Rupees Fifty Three Lakhs Ninety-Five Thousand only)in the first instance may be released for the conduct of Teachers' Games at the Mandal,Divisional,and District levels as detailed below:

• 1. Rs 5,000/-per Mandal for the conduct of Teachers' Games at the Mandal level for 679 Mandals in the State.
• 2. Rs 20,000/-per Division for the conduct of Teachers' Games at the Divisional level for 74 Divisions in the State.
• 3. Rs 20,000/-per District for the conduct of Teachers 'Games at the District level for 26 Districts in the State.
• 5. Further,the State Project Director,Samagra Shiksha,A.P.,Vijayawada is also be requested to conduct the State Level Teachers' Tournaments(Cricket for Men and Throwball for Women)in coordination with the concerned responsible and administrative officers to ensure smooth and successful conduct of the tournaments.
