ORDER:
All the Regional Joint Directors, the District Educational Officers, the Deputy Educational Officers, the Mandal Educational Officers, the secretaries of district academic forums and Secretaries of Mandal academic forums in the state are informed that, as part of curricular reforms in the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh, new text books were introduced for class X from the academic year 2024-25. New Hindi text books are introduced for the academic year 2025-26.
10. Parents must be informed about the whole schedule of action plan on the Mega PTM day for transport arrangements, lunch on Sundays, safety of the child etc.
11. Head Masters should not allow any teachers to exchange their classes unless dire need.
12. Board of Secondary Education (DGE,AP) will releases subject wise study material, i.e., schedules, question bank designed for level-1 and level-2 students and 3 model papers. Soft copy may be download from the LEAP app and subject teachers should follow it.
13. These materials consist of a Detailed Class session plan for both RISING STARS () & SHINING STARS () separately. Question bank by differentiating both levels. Teachers are advised to ensure LEVEL -1 questions learnt by all the students, especially C&D grades children. The questions intended for LEVEL-2 shall be practiced by those students of A&B grades and C&D grade students also can be made to practice this Level 2 questions basing on their individual competencies after completion of their Level-1 portion.
14. 3 Model papers are also given for Practice along with these papers all the teachers must arrange to practice the two model papers hosted by DGE, AP in the official website- bse.ap.gov.in.
15. Two Model slip tests for 20 Marks are provided at last pages of each subject book as show the pattern for conducting slip tests as prescribed in the action plan after evaluation of papers subject wise marks are to be posted in the LEAP app .
16. The class room schedule day & date wise is attached in the annexure, which included the time table for Pre-Final and Grand Tests for X class.
17. All the answer papers of FORMATIVE and SUMMATIVE of all the students should be preserved and kept ready for verification even after publication of final results.
18. Any deviations must be informed and take permissions from the immediate authorities.
All The Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers are requested to issue timely orders, organize a mechanism for better supervision, coordinate and guide the Head Masters/teachers to ensure successful implementation of the plan.

ORDER:
All the Regional Joint Directors, the District Educational Officers, the Deputy Educational Officers, the Mandal Educational Officers, the secretaries of district academic forums and Secretaries of Mandal academic forums in the state are informed that, as part of curricular reforms in the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh, new text books were introduced for class X from the academic year 2024-25. New Hindi text books are introduced for the academic year 2025-26.
Certain reforms taken up to strengthen the conceptual learning by aligning with NEP-2020 and NCF-2023 guidelines under PARAKH, NCERT recommendations. But a segment of students and parents have expressed difficulties in adapting to the new textbooks and assessment pattern. To align assessments with the latest frameworks, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has issued revised blueprints that incorporate various competency-based skills as suggested by PARAKH, NCERT.
It is further informed that, in view of the above all, for a structured preparation and familiarize the students with the real exam pattern and environment to uplift their self-confidence, it is proposed to implement a 100-Day Action Plan.

This plan will provide teachers with sufficient time to focus on students at varying levels of understanding and offer individualized attention. Extra classes are designed to ensure timely syllabus completion and focused practice of SSC-pattern of questions. The approach will enable students, particularly high achievers and slow learners, to progress at their own pace.
This may provide differentiated instruction to address the needs of C, D grade students (RISING STARS) and A, B grade students (SHINING STARS).
Teachers will conduct daily slip tests, analyze the results, and provide remedial sessions and feedback of their reflections to students to increase their Existing thresholds to Excellence which is also intent to help teachers to administer the syllabus systematically, while emphasizing competency-based learning outcomes.
Hence, it is instructed that the 100-Day Action Plan shall be implemented in all management schools (except Private schools) with effect from 06-12-2025 i.e., Saturday without any deviation. All District and Mandal-level Officers shall monitor the academic progress of students, and subject teachers shall maintain all necessary records viz evaluation scripts, mark registers for verification at any time.
1. All the Headmasters and teachers should adhere to the plan/time table/ chapters/ slip tests, model papers and other practices specified in the plan without any deviation.
2. District academic forums and mandal academic forums should keenly supervise the implementation of the programme in all the schools of government management and compliance with proper records to the chairman DAF/DEO and RJDSE concerned.
3. All the subject teachers are supposed to conduct slip test in Assessment Time i.e. 4PM-5PM after making the students read/practice the same subject in session-4 i.e.2.40PM-4PM.
4. The Remedial Session (8:00 AM–9:00 AM) shall be used to:
6. Counselling and motivational classes must be taken for the students who face difficulties or stress for reaching the level prescribed at required intervals.
7. Sunday & 2nd Saturday classes should be conducted with the all necessary precautions like ensuring the students leave the school safely (especially girl students) and arrangement of MDM.
8. Services of PDs, Computer Teachers and Vocational Instructors are to be utilized in conducting special classes and study hours, in case of the more sections handled by a single subject teacher.
9. Compensatory Casual Leave (CCL) under the 100-Days Action Plan shall be admissible to a teacher only upon completion of the minimum number of working days prescribed in the Academic Calendar.
