It is to inform that, in the reference cited, wherein the Director of School Education has informed that the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, has recently developed and launched the LEAP (Learning Excellence in Andhra Pradesh) App, a comprehensive and integrated digital platform designed to serve the entire school education ecosystem in the State.

LEAP APP - Awareness to Parents - Instructions to SGSW Staff and Field Functionaries
Ref: Lr.Rc.NoESE02/411/2026-IT-CSE, Dt:17-03-2026 of the Director of School Education, Govt. of A.P., Mangalagiri.It is to inform that, in the reference cited, wherein the Director of School Education has informed that the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, has recently developed and launched the LEAP (Learning Excellence in Andhra Pradesh) App, a comprehensive and integrated digital platform designed to serve the entire school education ecosystem in the State.
Further informed that, the School Education Department was operating more than 45 separate digital applications for various services and administrative functions. These have now been consolidated into a single unified platform, thereby improving efficiency, accessibility, and transparency in service delivery.
The LEAP App enables parents and students to access a wide range of services including student profiles, academic records, report cards, co-curricular performance, health information, digital learning content, school notifications, Mid Day Meal feedback, and grievance redressal. The App supports login using Student PEN/Aadhaar along with Date of Birth and OTP and is available free of cost on Android and iOS platforms.
In this regard, the School Education Department has requested the support of the SGSW Department in promoting the adoption of the LEAP App among parents and students, leveraging the extensive grassroots reach through the SGSWs functionaries.
In view of the above, all the District Collectors in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to all field functionaries under their jurisdiction as follows:

In view of the above, all the District Collectors in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to all field functionaries under their jurisdiction as follows:
- Create awareness among parents and guardians of school-going children regarding the LEAP App and its benefits.
- Facilitate and encourage downloading and installation of the App on mobile devices.
- Assist users in logging into the App using Student PEN/Aadhaar ID and Date of Birth.
- Promote regular usage of the App for accessing student-related services and information.
- Utilize Village/Ward Secretariats as outreach points for dissemination and support.
Receipt of this Circular shall be acknowledged.
