ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశ్యం: పెన్షన్ ప్రక్రియను పూర్తిగా ఆన్లైన్ సిస్టమ్ (RBPS) ద్వారా నిర్వహించడం ద్వారా పారదర్శకతను మరియు వేగాన్ని పెంచడం.

3. Minutes of the meeting held on 10.03.2026 furnished by the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada.
O R D E R:
In the Government Orders 1st & 2nd read above, orders were issued for streamlining the processing of pension cases and for implementation of an online system i.e Retirement Benefits Processing System (RBPS), through the NIDHI Portal. The RBPS is implemented with immediate effect and all pension proposals are to be processed in this system.
2. However, as on the date of implementation, few pension proposals were in process at various levels like DDO, Head of Office, Pension Sanctioning Authority etc. In view that such employees should not face any hardship in processing the applications again, PAG (A&E) has been allowing the paper-based application till now.
3. In the meeting held on 10.03.2026 with the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, has proposed to fix a cut-off date for discontinuance of submission of physical pension proposals for seamless adoption of the RBPS.
4. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby orders, in consultation with PAG(A&E), that:

- (i) All pension proposals received physically in the Office of the Accountant General (A&E) only up to 30th April 2026 will be processed outside RBPS.
- (ii) Pension proposals received physically from 1st May 2026 onwards will not be accepted by PAG(A&E) 5. All Departments of Secretariat, Heads of Departments and all concerned authorities shall ensure submission of all pending physical pension proposals on or before 30th April 2026 to PAG(A&E). Any deviation from these orders will result in undue difficulty to the retiring employees and may be avoided strictly
