*📢ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పోలీసుల సంక్షేమం మరియు వారి పని ఒత్తిడిని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని, ఇకపై రాష్ట్రంలోని పోలీసు సిబ్బంది అందరికీ వారి పుట్టినరోజు (Birthday) మరియు వివాహ వార్షికోత్సవం (Wedding Anniversary) రోజులలో సెలవు (Leave) మంజూరు చేయాలని డీజీపీ కార్యాలయం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.*
**🌐 ముఖ్య అంశాలు:**
• **ఎవరికి:** హోదా ఏదైనప్పటికీ పోలీసు విభాగంలోని సిబ్బంది అందరికీ ఇది వర్తిస్తుంది.
• **లక్ష్యం:** పోలీసుల మనోధైర్యాన్ని పెంచడం మరియు వారు తమ కుటుంబంతో గడపడానికి అవకాశం కల్పిస్తూ మంచి 'వర్క్-లైఫ్ బ్యాలెన్స్' అందించడం.
• **నిబంధన:** అసాధారణ పరిస్థితుల్లో తప్ప, సిబ్బంది ఈ సందర్భాలలో సెలవు కోరితే అధికారులు **తప్పనిసరిగా** మంజూరు చేయాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వబడ్డాయి.
CIRCULAR MEMORANDUM
Sub:- AP Police – Welfare initiative – Grant of Leave to Police Personnel on their Birthdays and Wedding Anniversaries – Orders – Issued.
As a significant welfare initiative aimed at enhancing the morale and personal well-being of the Police Force, acknowledging the strenuous nature of policing and the immense personal sacrifices made by personnel in the discharge of their duties, it is hereby decided that Leave shall be granted to all Police Personnel on the following occasions:
- The Individual's Birthday
- The Individual's Wedding Anniversary
03. All Unit Officers are hereby directed to grant leave without fail except in extra-ordinary circumstances, whenever police officers and personnel request leave on the above mentioned two occasions.
