All the Regional Joint Directors, the District Educational Officers, The Mandal Educational officers, Head Masers and Teachers of the state are informed that, as part of curricular reforms in the school education department of Andhra Pradesh, new text books were introduced for class X from the academic year 2024-25. New Hindi text books are introduced for the academic year 2025-26.

Certain reforms have been taken up to strengthen the conceptual learning by aligning with NEP-2020 and NCF-2023 guidelines under PARAKH, NCERT recommendations. But a segment of students and parents have expressed difficulties in adapting to the new textbooks and assessment pattern. To align assessments with the latest frameworks, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has issued further revised blueprints in July 2026 that incorporate various competency-based skills as per the Taxonomy suggested by PARAKH, NCERT.

It is further informed that, in view of the above all, a need is identified for a structured preparation and familiarize the students with the real exam pattern and environment from the beginning of the academic year so as to uplift their self-confidence, it is proposed to implement a 2026-27 through a distinct programme Mission March SSC- 2027 a Leap towards 100% Success (Action Plan Phase-I).

This plan will provide Schedules, Question Bank and all the slip tests as per Date wise subject wise activity to be undertaken in all the schools of govt managements from 4PM to 5PM every day (excluding Sundays, general holidays and all exam days), where the first half an hour is utilized for revision of the completed portion/ given area of the subject and the next half an hour is utilized for conducting SLIP TEST every day as per the schedule. The approach will enable students, particularly Raising stars and Shining stars to progress at their own pace .

This may provide differentiated instruction to address the needs of both (RAISING STARS ::LEVEL–1) and (SHINING STARS::LEVEL–2).

Teachers will conduct daily class tests, analyze the results, and provide feedback of reflections to students to increase their Existing thresholds to Excellence. Which is also intent to Help teachers to administer the Learning Outcomes of the students while the syllabus is ongoing.

Hence, it is instructed that, the “Mission March SSC- 2027 a Leap towards 100% Success Action Plan Phase-I” shall be implemented in all management schools (except Private schools) with effect from 13-07-2026 i.e., Monday to 30-11-26 (excluding Sundays, general holidays and all exam days) without any deviation.
