🎯 Eligibility & Selection Criteria

  • Employment Status: Only teachers working on a regular basis in Government or Government-Aided schools are eligible.
  • Age Limit: Must be up to 52 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Minimum Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory.
  • Special Preference: Priority / preference will be given to:
    • Female Teachers
    • Teachers belonging to SC / ST / OBC categories
    • Teachers serving in interior rural and tribal areas
  • Non-Eligibility: Teachers who have already attended any of the above-mentioned training programmes previously are not eligible and should not apply.

🏨 Logistics, Boarding & Lodging Norms

🏠 Mandatory Residential Mode:

Free boarding and lodging facilities will be mandatorily provided to all participants at the training venue. Separate accommodation is arranged for female teachers.

🚫 Escort / Family Restriction:

No relatives, family members, or escorts will be entertained at the venue/hostel under any circumstances. No permission will be granted.

⏰ Training Timings:

Regular sessions run from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily at the auditorium. On certain days, sessions may start early in the morning and extend late into the evening.

🚆 Travelling Allowance (TA) & Payment Guidelines

Train Travel Entitlement Entitled to travel by AC 3-Tier / AC Chair Car / Sleeper Class from nearest railway station to the venue via the shortest route. Direct journey tickets are required (No break in journey permitted).
Bus Journey Outstation participants may claim Deluxe Bus Fare on submitting tickets (otherwise restricted to Ordinary Bus Fare). Teachers must NOT travel by AC buses.
Local Road Journey (School to Station) Reimbursed for actual distance or up to 8 Km (whichever is less) @ Rs. 12/- per km.
Local Conveyance (Station to Venue) Auto / Bus fare reimbursed as per CCRT standard norms.
Air / Tatkal / Flexi Fare Policy No reimbursement for Air Fare, Tatkal, or Flexi charges. Claims will strictly be restricted to normal rail entitlement.
Payment Mode & Bank Submission Reimbursement is directly credited via RTGS / NEFT / ECS upon successful completion. Teachers must submit accurate bank details and enclose a copy of a cancelled cheque leaf along with original/photocopies of inward & outward tickets.
Dearness Allowance (DA) No DA will be paid to any participating teachers.

🚆 Logistics – Travelling Allowance Briefly

  • Teacher participants are entitled to travel by AC 3-tier / AC Chair Car / Sleeper class of trains, as applicable, from their nearest railway station to the venue, by the shortest route. Submission of the Xerox of the ticket is mandatory.
  • Those travelling by bus from outstation can claim deluxe bus fare on production of the bus ticket; failing that, the fare is restricted to ordinary bus fare. Teachers are not permitted to travel by AC buses.
  • For local road journey from school to the Railway Station/Bus Stand, reimbursement is as per actual distance or up to 8 km, whichever is less, @ Rs. 12/- per km.
  • For local road journey from the nearest Railway Station/Bus Stand to the venue, teachers will be paid Auto/Bus fare as per CCRT rules.
  • Rail/Bus fare is reimbursed only if original/photocopies of the tickets are attached to the T.A. Bills for both inward and outward journeys; otherwise, the claim is restricted to rail fare by sleeper class.
  • There is no provision for Air Fare/Tatkal/Flexi Fare. Even if a teacher travels by any of these modes, the claim will be restricted to normal rail fare as per entitlement (AC 3-tier/AC Chair Car/Sleeper Class), on production of original/photocopies of the journey tickets.
  • No break of journey is permissible as per rules — teachers must buy a direct journey ticket from their nearest Railway Station to the venue.
  • Reimbursed travelling expenses will be transferred to the authorized bank account through RTGS/NEFT/ECS, on successful completion of the training programme. Correct account details must be provided, along with a copy of a cancelled cheque leaf, to avoid errors in the fund transfer.
  • No Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to the participating teachers.
