The identified RPs shall conduct the G-FLN authentication survey for the students mapped to him/her, as per the approved schedule. Each RP has been assigned approximately 10 students for the purpose of the verification exercise. The survey shall be completed within the prescribed period and no
avoidable delay shall be permitted. The authentication survey shall be conducted at the respective
students' homes after school hours, as prescribed.
The RPs shall ensure that:
After completion of the home-based authentication survey, the data shall be consolidated and analysed at the appropriate level. The consolidated findings shall be submitted to the State Project Office for preparation and submission of the detailed G-FLN authentication report within the prescribed timeline.
The Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha, and Mandal Educational Officers shall be personally responsible for ensuring that the identified RPs are relieved in a timely manner. They shall also ensure that all necessary coordination and facilitation are extended, with the support of AMOs for guidance and monitoring, and CRPs for facilitating and guiding the KRP/DRP to the students’ residences, for the successful completion of the G-FLN Authentication Exercise.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Mandal Educational Officers are hereby instructed to extend full cooperation and ensure that the identified Resource Persons are relieved on O.D. and enabled to undertake the G-FLN home-based authentication survey without delay, so that the verification exercise is completed within the prescribed timeline.
This has got the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh.

- సర్వే నిర్వహణ విధానం: ఈ సర్వేను పాఠశాలల్లో కాకుండా, పాఠశాల వేళల తర్వాత ఎంపిక చేసిన విద్యార్థుల ఇళ్లకు వెళ్లి నిర్వహించాలి. ఫలితాల్లో ఏకరూపత మరియు విశ్వసనీయత కోసం ముందుగా నిర్ణయించిన G-FLN ప్రశ్నలు మరియు అసెస్మెంట్ టూల్స్ మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించాలి.
- షెడ్యూల్: ఈ హోమ్-బేస్డ్ సర్వే 18.08.2026 నుండి ప్రారంభమై 20.08.2026 నాటికి పూర్తి కావాలి.

Accordingly, a sample of 84 schools covering all 28 districts, with 3 schools per district, has been identified for the authentication exercise. A total of 2,206 students have been identified for the survey. For conducting the verification, 225 Resource Persons (RPs) have been mapped, with approximately one RP assigned for every 10 students. The RPs have been mapped to the respective groups of students and the concerned SGTs have also been mapped for coordination and facilitation of the exercise.
The authentication survey is designed to be conducted at the respective students' homes after school hours and not at the school premises. The identified RPs have been oriented regarding the purpose, objectives, procedures and protocols of the exercise and have been instructed to administer the same prescribed G-FLN questions and assessment tool to ensure uniformity, consistency and reliability of the verification results.
The identified RPs have been mapped from nearby schools/Mandals so as to facilitate timely completion of the home-based verification survey. The RP-wise details, including the district, name of the RP, school and UDISE code, are enclosed as Annexure-I to these proceedings. The survey is scheduled to commence from 18.08.2026 and is required to be completed by 20.08.2026.
In view of the above, and in order to ensure the smooth and timely completion of the G-FLN authentication exercise, the following instructions are hereby issued:
The concerned authorities shall permit the identified RPs to attend the G-FLN authentication exercise without treating their absence from their parent schools/offices as leave.

- the confidentiality and integrity of the assessment process are maintained.
- The State IT Team/DSE IT Wing shall ensure necessary technical enablement of the G-FLN Endline Test for the identified schools and students mapped for the authentication exercise so that the RPs are able to administer the assessment without interruption.
