Earned Leaves for SSC Advance Supplementary Exam Duty 2026, Orders Rc No 30027 Issued. The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, has issued proceedings regarding the preservation of Earned Leave for Head Masters, Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff who attended duties connected with the conduct of SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations during the summer vacation in the academic year 2025–26. 

The proceedings direct all District Educational Officers to strictly follow the earlier instructions on preservation of Earned Leave and ensure that the actual number of days of duty performed by the concerned staff is taken into account.

  • Clear instructions have already been issued regarding preservation of Earned Leave for teachers and non-teaching employees working in schools.
  • All District Educational Officers are instructed to follow the earlier proceedings issued vide Rc.No.362/E1-1/2013, dated 16.11.2013.
  • The actual number of days of duties performed by the concerned staff should be duly ensured.
  • The staff who were prevented from availing the summer vacation as per the schedule are to be considered in accordance with the applicable instructions.
  • The District Educational Officers are required to report compliance.

2. Certain representations from Teachers Associations.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 2nd cited, wherein certain representations have been received from teachers’ associations requesting for preservation of Earned Leave to the Head Masters/Teachers/Non-Teaching staff under the control of the School Education Department, who worked during the summer vacation for the conduct of SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations held during the academic year 2025–26.

2. In this regard, all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, clear instructions have already been issued regarding the preservation of Earned Leave for teachers and non-teaching employees working in schools.

3. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to follow the instructions issued vide reference 1st cited scrupulously, without any deviation, duly ensuring the actual days of duties done by the concerned by preventing from availing summer vacation, as per the schedule, and report compliance.

The proceedings make it clear that the District Educational Officers have to implement the already-issued instructions on preservation of Earned Leave for eligible teachers and non-teaching employees. In particular, the actual days of duty performed during the summer vacation for SSC Advanced Supplementary Examination work have to be duly ensured, and compliance has to be reported.
